My background as an accountant means that I bring a useful skill-set to the verification side of the business.

Tracey is dual qualified as a Chartered Accountant and full member of RICS (MRICS), a Registered Valuer and holds the CF qualification - the International Standard in Corporate Finance. Tracey is also a Management Consultant and a member of the Society of Share and Business Valuers. Exigo Corporate Finance offers a confidential business sales, acquisitions and strategic consulting service, working with clients to achieve effective exits and for improved business performance. Exigo advises on financial and corporate restructuring assignments, raising finance, early stage companies, business valuations and the implementation of effective exit plans for owner managers.Tracey holds a first class MBA from the Open University Business School and is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultancy, the Chartered Management Institute and SSBV.
