CurrentSynergy owns two physio and rehabilitation clinics in Egham and Woking, for which I currently manage the daily running. I have been with the company since its start and have been instrumental in the growth of the business to where it is now.Responsibilities:Front of house/admin/marketing/salesRecruitment, training and retention of receptionists across two sites. Creation of a ‘reception manual’. Responsible for management of inbound marketing leads, including use of LiveChat, email marketing and social media.Responsible for patient retention throughout the patient pathway and maximising new patient bookings. Responsible for patient diary management. Implementation and training on patient management system. Ensuring all admin support methods and processes are in line with company direction.FinanceManaging the accounts receivable, payable and debtors. Daily responsibility for P&L, cashflow and managing the budget for consumables. Managing all external suppliers. Reporting to Managing Director and support in putting together the management accounts.HRManaging the diary for the practitioners, including capacity planning, holiday planning, emergency diary. Managing recruitment, induction and training of admin staff and providing recruitment support for clinical staff recruitment process. Update employment contracts and records. Liaising with payroll company for employed staff and managing the payments for all contracted staff members.FacilitiesManage the day to day running of the buildings we lease and manage the relationships with the managing agents. Organising and management of education evenings to public, GPs, consultants (medical) and other clinical practitioners. Manage external hire contracts.Executive teamWork with the MD, Clinical Director and Operations Director to set quarterly goals and strategy. Create action plans for administration in line with business objectives. Monitor company KPIs. Agree marketing strategy.
