The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing is the UK’s only government-approved Institute for the professional development of direct and digital marketers, offering a broad range of practitioner-taught training courses and ten internationally recognised professional marketing qualifications. - Responsible for the Qualification programmes running efficiently and cost effectively- Forecasting and reviewing Qualifications budget on a regular basis ensuring all courses are kept within budget- Management including appraisals and objective setting for a team of 3- Close liaison with speakers, tutors and students on a daily basis- Accredited programmes - Preparation and planning of course syllabus for all programmes- Provide analytical attendance data on a weekly and monthly basis- Maintain student records on in-house database system and excel- Review artwork of all marketing campaigns and plan yearly programme of qualification portfolio- Arranging and liaising with venues for corporate events throughout the year- Organise annual Graduation Ceremony attended by 300+ consisting of senior clients, sponsors, graduates and guests- Preparation and attendance of Exam Board meetings – includes prep of student reports, minute taking and providing all confidential student information- Prepare final grades and deliver overall findings at Exam Board meeting
