Hello, a warm welcome & thanks for reading my profile.As a passionate Property Manager, Investor, Landlord and Mentor, I have been building my portfolio since 2007.Having built a portfolio of single let family homes in the UK and Ireland whilst balancing a full time job as a Project Manager travelling over Europe, I suffered burn out and was diagnosed with a chronic illness and needed to find some method of replacing my income. In May 2013, I started Midlands Lets from my kitchen table and have since gone on to manage 50+ rooms for young professionals in Leicester. I recognised that this was an area of the market which was completely undervalued as my clients couldn't afford a deposit for a home but more importantly, due to the transient nature of the work and lifestyle, they didn't want to be 'saddled down' with a mortgage. I have been able to provide them with a hassle-free solution to finding comfortable room shares in our homes.Has it been challenging? Yes it has been extremely hard work trying to balance family life with property management & investing.Can it be done? Whilst working? YES, with the right attitude, mindset, knowledge & training. I have been there and done it so know what it takes.I also offer property mentoring for anyone who wants to know how I have managed to build my portfolio and systemised my business.
