This was the most rewarding job ever - my staff across several London offices assisted disabled people into work. My team were pioneers for the original new Deal for Disabled People; that was a real trail blazer and I'm thrilled to say that I had a role in that activity. I supervised several offices and managed staff who deliverd a high performing New Deal.
