Senior Account Manager
CurrentResponsible for preparing monthly financials, monthly and annual accruals, month end closings. Oversee accounts receivables. Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the management team. Mange the financial department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function. Update reports and injuries to Workers Comp as required by law, tracks corrective action plans. Assists in conducting and resolving investigations regarding worker’s comp claims. Ensure new hire protocol is followed and conducted new hire orientations. Manage termination process. Complete and verify all reporting in accordance to all state and federal laws. Identify training needs and or gaps and develops training programs as appropriate. Track vacation, sick, attendance, personal time and or leaves or employees. Update and maintain OSHA 300 and all safety records. Process Time Sheets in Time & Attendance Software, Process Payroll for the Company.
