LighterLife is a weight loss programme that not only sees people lose approx a stone a month, safely and effectively, it is so much more than a diet. Using a CBT Mindfulness approach, the programme goes beyond what you put in your mouth and explores how thinking affects eating behaviour, providing the tools for losing weight and keeping it off.
