I have worked with individuals from companies within both industry and Public Sector, to help them to achieve their business goals, in an ever changing market.WEIGHT LOSS MENTORINGSince June 2020, I have been working with people who wish to lose weight and to maintain a healthy weight, as a LighterLife Mentor and to date, I have had the privilege of supporting over 600 clients on their weight loss journey. LighterLife is a weight loss programme that not only sees people lose approx a stone a month, safely and effectively, it is so much more than a diet. Using a CBT Mindfulness approach, the programme goes beyond what you put in your mouth and explores how thinking affects eating behaviour, providing the tools for losing weight and keeping it off.
