My BackgroundMuch of my career has been spent on the corporate side of recruiting but will never forget my roots as an agency recruiter. I have spent my time in corporate Talent Acquisition, working for Fortune 500 companies, supporting hiring managers across the country and across the hall. I have had the opportunity to recruit for a number of different divisions/departments across the company. My role has not been limited to recruiting but spans from employee relations to operations and leadership. In my current role I lead the efforts around technology, communication, change management, and reporting for the Centralized Staffing Team and the departments we serve across the enterprise. I am proud to have led the efforts around our Workday Implementation of HCM and Talent Acquisition as the business side project leader.
