Telehealth provider - experienced exponential staff growth during Covid 19 lockdowns and recovery.Leadership of large scale team to provide Corporate Core, Call Centre and specialist health positions across NZ.Managed external supplier relationships to ensure value and delivery at pace. We achieved high volume and specialist recruitment over a 12 month period scaling the business to over 4,000 employees from an initial base headcount of 550 in 2020. With daily and weekly intakes in most key areas to support Covid Welfare checks and Vaccination booking targets. Projects included selection and implementation of new ATS; through my team we internally developed a full suite of outplacement training & support collateral when restructuring happened once contracts were scaled down; added leadership of the onboarding function.

Delivering recruitment solutions nationally across Head office and 5 manufacturing sites for all salaried and waged positions. Functions included engineering, production, corporate functions.
