I have over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, ranging from origination of residential to commercial loans on all real estate asset types. Currently serving as a closing and transaction manager in Citigroup's CMBS and commercial real estate finance division, I've successfully closed billions of dollars' worth of mortgages. My role encompasses the entire loan process, from negotiating and drafting term sheets and loan documents, to conducting property-level and sponsor due diligence, through closing, and finally, to post-closing asset management and syndication/distribution/securitization into capital markets. In the fast-paced world of real estate finance, I am able to efficiently oversee a large active pipeline of loans, often exceeding $500 million, while prioritizing attention to detail, effective time management, creative problem-solving, and most importantly, satisfying client needs. In addition to my mortgage expertise, I am deeply passionate about impact venture capital investing, with a focus on supporting plant-based and ethical ventures. Since August 2020, I've made personal investments in the plant-based food industry, and I'm committed to making a positive difference.When I am not busy closing mortgage loans and trying to save all the animals, you'll find me in the woods doing my favorite thing - riding my mountain bike.
