I am the Regional Executive for KwaZulu-Natal at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, a not-for-profit social enterprise partnering with business and government to build solutions and innovations that can solve the global youth unemployment challenge at scale. My key focus is KZN Region and working with the local team to ensure we have maximum impact on the regional youth unemployment levels. I am mainly engaged in raising the profile of Harambee and ensuring we network with potential employers in both government and private sector .I bring extensive experience as a Business Development Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services sector in Business Development, Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). While comfortable operating in a hunter environment, I’m also strong in building and leveraging existing relationships.I’ve served as head of Global Business Development for Blake Group providing strategic direction and managing a range of relationships and partnership in the banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and retail industries. I’m currently serving on the Boards of the Council for Debt Collectors and the Association of Debt Recovery Agents and have previously served as Director for BPeSA Kwazulu-Natal.
