Through my workshop, A Few Kind Words, I offer a positive alternative to the negativity that swirls around us. Writing letters of appreciation is exhilarating, energizing, simple and contagious. My workshop is appropriate for everyone who wants to increase their joy, become more productive and centered and take the time to nourish the most important things in their lives - their relationships. I have conducted workshops in businesses, non-profits, private homes and places of worship. I am passionate about helping people feel empowered and uplifted.
