Oversee daily operations including, but not limited to accounts payable, 401k and benefit administration, payroll, managing both ancillary and clinical staff schedules, vendor management, human resources administration, and new employee hiring and onboarding. Troubleshoot all issues that arise during the day, ensuring the clinic is staffed, supplies are in order, and all patients have a positive experience. Able to back up multiple positions throughout the clinic, including medical assistant, medical scribe, lab technician, accounts receivable, and front desk.

Human Resource duties including employee reviews, benefit renewals, 401k census, payroll, provider membership renewals from professional organizations, CME tracking, management of employee time clockNationally Certified Medical Assistant Assist physicians in all aspects of patient care related to Interventional Radiology, Pain Management and Sports Medicine, including maintaining chart notes, phlebotomy, and lab processing for procedures.

Assist physicians in surgical procedures and patient care in the specialties of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Gynecology.
