After graduating at the top of my BSN program from UNLV in 2011, I began my nursing career on a neuro med-tele floor at a teaching hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Two years later, I moved to the Emergency Department and have been actively involved in nursing education, preceptorship opportunities, management duties and am a hospital leader in practice and quality improvement. As an emergency department nurse, my IV skills are strong and I have extensive experience with a wide range of patient populations. I enjoy building professional relationships with providers, ancillary staff and fellow nurses while advocating for a safe, healthy work environment for every healthcare worker.
