Traci is responsible for owning the relationships with preeminent US based academic and publicly traded for profit health systems representing over $71billion in net patient revenue. She leads a matrixed team to provide strategic insights informed by data and analytics to enable her clients to grow their business and continue to provide sustainable health care services to the communities they serve.

Led development of the system ambulatory strategy and cardiovascular service line. Responsible for evaluating merger and acquisition targets, non-traditional partnership and commercialization of intellectual property. Developed the business development team.

Provides leadership in the development and execution of strategy and business development activities across the healthcare system. Skills include physician manpower development, physician alignment models, ambulatory market expansion and service line growth and development.

Plans, manages, evaluates and is activley involved in the implementation of all strategic and business development projects involving multiple facilities and joint venture partners. Manages the implementation of the 10 year strategic plan.

Leadership and operational accountability for departments of Quality Improvement, Medical Staff Services, Employee Health, Infection Control, Risk Management, Inpatient & Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation, Dietary, Housekeeping and Laboratory Services.
