Over a span of 15 years at ADP, I climbed the ranks to Senior General Ledger Specialist before our department was outsourced. Driven by my penchant for challenges, I pursued my dream of opening an American Bakery in a foreign country where language and culture were unfamiliar. Selling all my belongings, packed my Rav4 with my cats and a everything dear to me in the trailer in tow, I embarked on a roadtrip from NJ to Tulum, Mexico. Within 6 months, I established a thriving bakery, gaining intimate knowledge of small business intricacies. After 4 successful years, I closed the physical shop and joined forces with my mother in her Virtual Bookkeeping and Financial Advisory venture, Account Effects.
