• Responsible for delivery of complex implementations of Dynamics AX and the delivery teams of functional, technical and engineering contributors. Project approaches have varied depending upon the client project needs including traditional Waterfall, Agile and Conference Room Pilot methodologies. • Noted accomplishments include: Full implementation of Microsoft CRM Online for AXMentor internal usage including business process analysis, 40+ customizations, data conversion and migration. Participated in “AX7” Technology Adoption Program beginning in June 2015 and led the AX7 CTP8 for AXMentor internal usage including individual business process design of all new Human Resources business processes.

• Responsible for teams comprised of development, system engineering and functional consultants for the purpose of implementing Microsoft Dynamics Ax and CRM for customers in the business industries of high tech, semiconductor (fab and fabless), commercial products, process and biopharmaceutical including all security considerations (Sox, ITAR, secret programs) and project methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.

• Senior leader for Microsemi Corporation, a mid-size publicly traded company with $750 MM in annual revenue, responsible for all aspects of IT in a dynamic and growing high technology environment.• Directed the world-wide IT organization to achieve the goals we have set providing a scalable, responsive and dynamic business infrastructure facilitating the impressive corporate growth.• Led the standardization and centralization projects of 12 separately acquired companies into one corporate-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Ax ERP and CRM including manufacturing, distributor and end-customer retail channels leading to substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. • Led the strategic overhaul of the networking infrastructure to create one company entity with the command and control located at company headquarters. • Responsible for a budget of $35MM and 10 direct reports with an aggregate IT employee count of over 60.• Lead IT compliance with Sarbanes Oxley legislation (including application and GCC security considerations), standardizing IT practices across the corporation.• Created SDLC framework, IT policies, SLAs and compliance for IT Sarbanes Oxley compliance in 5 months passing external audit year one. • Authored the company’s first IT strategic plan, aligning it with business objects making the IT investment more efficient and effective.• Performed due diligence on business acquisitions.
