I assist the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities. I maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers & invoices. I handle accounts payable, visa reconciliation, budgeting spread sheets, close of business, and mobile deposits.

Attractively arrange garments on racks and shelves, locate merchandise for shoppers, contacting other stores to find correct size for customers, monitoring the flow of the store, and operate cash registers, Controlling access to fitting rooms, unloading & organizing inventory, scanning and price checking items,maintaining the appearance of the store, enforcing store guidelines for safety, and promoting their loyalty program.

Answer calls/voicemails, schedule appointments, data entry, verify insurances, faxing/scanning documents.Customer service, greeting patients, place orders, and process payments.

I worked under direct order from the general manager; I was the head trainer, where I would train all new employees for all store positions. I opened and closed the store, coordinated with the store purchaser to inform which products were low as well as discuss new sales to implement. I made sure all employees were following standard operating procedures as well as managing breaks, doing cash drops from registers to our drop safe. While maintaining the store flow in the front, I also would be counting in orders and searching for new products to be sold. I would verify the store safe and keep track of the cash flow/petty cash, as well as fix any problems that arose while on shift. I dealt with returns, customers, order intake, inventory, product pricing, disciplinary action, and making sure the store overall looked and ran smoothly.

It was my duty to ring up customers, scan items, check ID when selling restricted items, process payment, memorize codes for items on sale, as well as logging items that would not scan. Occasionally unloading merchandise onto the shelves. As well as making sure the customer was satisfied, essentially helping out by answering questions and or helping them find what they are looking for.
