Current- Advertising: Established and executed promotional plan to increase brand recognition. Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors in advertising and printing, as needed.- Brand & Image Management: Elevate the firm’s style and branding. Developed a brand identity that includes color palette, writing style, and logo usage guidelines. - Collateral: Develop and meticulously edit all product fact sheets including copy, data, and graphic placement. Contribute to the generation, enhancement, customization, and distribution of monthly and quarterly marketing collateral (e.g. presentations, commentary, and white papers) for clients and prospects. - Executive Reporting: Create and manage highly visible monthly report for firm and parent company executives.- Project Management: Manage multiple projects with varying scopes, timelines, and stakeholders. Standardize processes to ensure organizational/department consistencies.- Public/Media Relations: Generate press releases, oversee editorial process, and manage distribution.- Request for Proposal (RFP): Pursue and complete RFPs from prospective clients and consultants for new business opportunities. Implemented response automation software (Qvidian and PMAPS). Manage consultant database population.- Website & Online Strategy: Established online strategy and initiated enhanced company website. Maintain timely/accurate information.
