Administratively assisted the Vice President of Real Estate by coordinating travel arrangements, setting up conference calls, and preparing deals for real estate committee review. Typed letters of intent and various other notices according to lease, abstracted lease documents, maintained department calendar and lease expirations, liaised with in-house and offsite legal teams, generated various real estate reports for analysis, maintained real estate database, department budget and notarized documents.10/03 – 02/06 - Executive Assistant to the President of the Wet Seal Division (Divisional President position eliminated). Responsibilities included the generation of daily and weekly reports, making travel arrangements, maintaining the President's calendar and the Wet Seal Division calendar in Outlook. Prepared presentations to be presented to the Board, took minutes in weekly Executive Team Meetings and Created work plans for upper management. Tracked reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses, approved PO's in Oracle system, coordinated travel arrangements, answered phones, retrieved e-mails and voicemails and performed personal assistant responsibilities as assigned.
