Lead all facets of the Human Resources organization for TTI North America encompassing 2000 plus associates located in 35 plus states within the U.S. as well as Mexico and Canada. Reporting to Division Vice President of Human Resources, provided full Human Resources leadership including staffing, leadership consultation, associate relations, performance management and training and development. Primary focus was Richmond based Printing Production Facility. Also, selected as lead Human Resources Consultant providing support to key division leaders (Sales, Marketing, Quality, Finance and IT) responsible for associates at multiple locations encompassing five facilities.
