At Fibrebond, I primarily assist with recruiting. I log and sort through the vast volume of resumes we receive each week to find good candidates to hire for needed positions. I schedule interviews and coordinate with supervisors on their staffing needs. I sit in on the majority of interviews and even lead a number of them. I also make job offers, send rejection letters, and have helped process 50+ candidates for pre-employment. I have assisted in processing these new hires on their first day, as well as gained experience in conducting orientation.

As a student worker for the College of Business Dean's Office, I assist with making purchases, organizing invoices and files, and managing the front desk. This includes helping students and faculty with questions and assisting the Dean and his administrative assistants with various tasks.
