• Coordinate project activities to attain successful goals on all projects by focusing attention to on time and in budget project completion.• Read takeoffs from plans/specs for commercial projects.• Management of assigned projects including coordination/supervision of subcontractors.• Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.• Drafting Owner Contracts- AIA, Completing Permit applications, Paying permit fees.• Prepare purchase orders request for review and in pre-construction meetings.• Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.• Procurement of contracted goods Ensuring inventory of materials received at project site.• Coordinate final inspections & punch walks with customer and complete project closeout documents.• Ensuring overall quality control of projects.• Create Project documents such as Request for Information (RFI's), Prospective Change Orders (PCO's), Change Order Requests (COR's), Subcontract Change Orders (SCO's),• Review and submit Submittal Packages for each respective Sub Contractor to Architect for approval and return after review. Update red line drawings with current changes to the drawings• Assist Project manager and superintendent with scheduling and administrative Support,• Maintain Project communications, conduct owner’s meetings and vendor and Subcontractor follow up and Close out.• Project List: Cameron YMCA, The Loma Club, NUVVE office TI, Social Security Administration Chula Vista.
