𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚:My own true brilliance emerged during my time mentoring male industry leaders incarcerated in Federal Prison. I learned first hand about high-stakes leadership & the cost of bad decision-making. I used language patterning & profiling to help these men understand the effect of their beliefs, mindset & communications, as well as their true brilliance & capacity. The truth is, we’re all incarcerated in the limited stories that we play out in our own lives. As visionaries, these limitations are especially threatening, confining our greatest value & dampening our influence & legacy.

Volunteer Facilitator - Inmate Transformational Program𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 May 2014 - Jul 2016𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃: As a volunteer, I assisted and supported a number of white-collar inmate groups through a life and leadership transformational course in which the men learned how to find and connect with their true identities and leadership potential.𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐄: The three years I spent co-facilitating this men's transformational program taught me more than I could ever have learned elsewhere about high-stakes leadership and the cost of bad decision-making. This experience fueled a passion in me to help top leaders learn what they needed to know so they wouldn't end up losing what matters most. It was the impetus that drove me to launch and build my current coaching company.𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐖: As an Executive Leadership & Performance Strategist to top-performing visionary rockstars, I focus on what the men I supported in federal prison needed most: better communication, resolution strategies, decision-making, and leading during times of change and when the stakes are high. My time at Butner taught me the high expectational responsibilities that are placed on top leaders, and I learned strategies to help my clients mange them, while remaining true and in alignment with their own individual nature and needs. I believe power comes from within and developing this authentically, especially for high-impact leaders, is critical.

F.L.E.S. Program Director & Instructor (French)Gilman School Sep 2002 - Jun 2007Baltimore, Maryland, Us𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃: ✔️ Developed, managed and taught the Lower School French Program for grades PF-5.✔️ Upheld language standards to ensure students were prepared for Middle School curriculum.✔️ Collaborated with Lower School colleagues to discuss and develop interdisciplinary lessons.✔️ Received two travel grants to produce French educational videos.✔️ Received prestigious scholar award for outstanding instruction.𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐄: Working at an all-boys school taught me how the male mind learns and thinks. My position made it imperative to collaborate and work with many different kinds of people with various ideas on how things should be done. Ensuring what I developed and taught not only met language standards, but also creatively connected what students were learning in my classroom with what they were learning in others classrooms was an everyday challenge and opportunity which I embraced.𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐖: Making language acquisition fun and teaching my students to love the process of better understanding how they learn and why this matters prepared me to do this for my current clients. As a language educator, I become a master listener and observer, in order to zero in on my students' needs, challenges and gifts. By doing this, I was able to help them see and capitalize on better understanding these, themselves, which allowed me to guide them to meet their individual learning goals. This skill is what I use today to assist clients in identifying and developing their innate brilliance and blocks to create a game plan for how they will increase their leadership potential. -
F.L.E.S. Program Director & Instructor (French)The Fay School Sep 1998 - Jun 2002Houston, Tx, Us𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃:✔️ Developed, managed and taught a brand new Lower School French Program for grades 1-5.✔️ Taught a daily Elementary I French class to grade 6.✔️ Upheld language standards to ensure students were prepared for Middle School curriculum.✔️ Collaborated with Lower School colleagues to discuss and develop interdisciplinary lessons.✔️ Helped chaperone two 3-day excursions to Montreal, Canada with students grades 7-9.𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐄:When I began at Fay, the Lower School did not have a foreign language program. I had to create both a place for myself and for the importance for what I was doing. For the first few years, I didn't even have a regular classroom, so I learned flexibility, creativity and tenacity. Ensuring what I developed and taught not only met FLES language standards, but also creatively connected what students were learning in other classrooms was a great opportunity. I was also a live-in dorm parent at the school, so learning to balance my "day" job with my "night" job of parent to 20 fifteen-year old girls taught me a lot about responsibility and creating strong boundaries.𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐖:Making language acquisition fun and teaching my students to love the process of better understanding how they learn and why this matters prepared me to do this for my current clients.
