I ran the whole front office for Propane and Fuel Customers.I had a multi phone line for all departments that I answered along with all walk in customers to pay for propane of order a service. Such as booking at there house or just taking money for future fuel or propane delivery. I did invoicing and month end billing. Daily checks and payments for customer accounts. Invoiced and booked daily propane and fuel techs appt's, Filing . mailing . fixing all other empoyee's mistakes on adding and pricing. I did what ever I was asked which was a lot.
