Managed delivery of the Modern Workplace component of the $45M agreement with Microsoft. Oversaw programs to select strategic cloud tenant, migrate 50k+ global mailboxes, migrate SharePoint instances, manage licensing personas, refresh desktop image, configure Intune mobile management and Teams voice pilot.

Target State Architecture Project - established program governance and session cadence for over 40 senior architects re-architecting global corporate infrastructure.

Mobile Digital Security Product - Managed $23M iOS mobile application development program hosted on AWS (Agile SAFe delivery) that focused on protecting users' digital safety.

Developed custom applications using company's proprietary SQL database / HTML analytics tool. Created new report product line for the business.

Mobile development / Telematics project - $15M pay-as-you-drive insurance product integrated with a telematics mobile driving application. Rollout to 2 states.

Security Initiative Program - managed $25M nationwide initiative to increase security with Agency offices. Established Agent retail store to order, image, deliver and install devices at 10,000 offices.

Managed 70-phase iterative project resulting in replacement of 14-lower level and production environments changing the operating system (Unix to Linux), upgrade of IBM Web Sphere middleware and upgrade of 2 business critical call-center applications.

Program deployment lead for 86-project Program across 26-interdependent applications. Changes resulted in annual cost savings of $19 million. Changes to web, call center tools, multiple telephony channels, policy bind and compensation systems to redirect book of business sales from Call Centers to Agents.
