Selected Accomplishments• Facilitated over 10,000 hours in equity, diversity, inclusion, and racial justice with the Center for Equity and Inclusion, MultiCultural Collaborative, Center for Diversity & the Environment, and Showing Up for Racial Justice.• Strategically advanced transformational change with over 50 clients including Feeding America, Providence Healthcare, Wyld, Community Action Project, BlueShield of California Foundation, Audubon Society, and Portland Public Schools. • Co-facilitated Center for Equity and Inclusion’s Facilitator Intensive program for 200+ participants.• Engaged diverse equity and leadership teams, and boards, from more than 15 organizations in yearlong intensive training and development processes. • Co-created and facilitated the Environment 2042 Leadership Program for educators, a keystone program to build racial equity analysis and relationships across difference through shared experience and collaborative project design.• Spearheaded and passed the No Oregon Child Left Inside Act; raised over $350,000, engaged 60+ statewide partners, and built a coalition representing more than 100,000 Oregonians and 100 organizations across the state.• Created a national strategic plan for the North American Association for Environmental Education’s Affiliate Network by engaging more than 40 partners across the country.
