• Responsible for Logistics, Mail, Motor pool, and Warehouse management activities. • Maintains a warehouse inventory valued or exceeding 100,000 dollars and manages property exceeding 3 to 4 million dollars. • Provides dock Master input for shipping, receiving, and freight management. • Manages a motor pool fleet valued at over 5 million dollars. • Leads a team of 5 to 30 military and civilian personnel daily. • Utilize effective communication through both verbal and written forms to set expectations of requirements, and address subordinate and leadership related to task response and suspense dates. • Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis teams to implement high-quality, safe processes, and supports procurement and contracting processes.• Utilize ERP systems to partner and communicate with teams to optimize supply operations and expense, identifying improvement opportunities to maximize department success, analyzing data, and executing informed actionable decisions.• Predict, manage, and communicate life cycle analysis (LCA), supply interruptions, and interventions, through the inventory of materials required across the industry.• Established standards and best practices; proactively research and self-identify content topics and collaborated with staff and volunteer subject matter experts.• Network with facility engineers, SES, GO, and other high-level officials to determine needs, mission, and budget constraints unique to the project parameters.
