Support the project managers in general decisions regarding project related issues or concerns. Follow up on correspondences from clients, facilities, city planning departments, engineers and subcontractors. Attend monthly PM meetings, analyze project data, involved in coordinating, planning and supervising superintendents as needed. Maintain close familiarity with active and design projects along with filling in for the project managers as needed

Calculate all window and PTAC take off’s for projects to include counts and pricing. Request and organize all Subcontractors pricing for new projects and create working estimate for Project Managers. Notify awarded and non awarded jobs to bidders. Handle job related questions from subs, clients, suppliers in absence of Project Managers. Update, maintain and distribute MSDS books. Attend client selection meetings and make construction changes where needed. Travel to jobsites in absence of superintendents. Attend multiple State inspections and answer questions when needed. Assist Purchasing Agent with FF&E facility inventories on an as needed basis. Available for special projects and administration duties for officers of the company. Organize and distribute all State requested document used during certification of facilities.

Calculated and processed weekly payroll for 50-100 hourly field employees. This included enter for multiple states, cost codes and over time hours. Accounts Receivable - processed monthly draw (progressive payments) request for multiple projects and contracts up to but not limited to 1.2 million dollar contracts.
