Our mission is to reunite culture and place through art, design, and discourse.Our studio brings together liberal artists, designers, engineers, and craftspeople to create environments, strategies, media platforms, immersive narrative experiences, and cultural touchpoints. We work at the scale of the city and the object, and everywhere in between. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team at Skylab, Traci directs the Experience Design and Media practice at the firm and is responsible for the strategic management of Cultural and Brand outreach and relationship building.

A member of the Second Story leadership team, Traci directed broad strategic outreach initiatives and cross-geography cultural initiatives to strengthen and align a diverse set of clients, colleagues and partners. As the Experience Design Director, she was responsible for driving Experience vision across all projects and initiatives for the studio. She lead a team of designers, producers, and technologists in highly collaborative environments to achieve powerfully immersive and expressive experiences for a wide array of audiences. Traci's leadership style is centered on her deep belief in collaboration. She has a keen ability to motivate and support diverse teams to find common goals and work together to achieve them. Traci directed major projects for The New York Public Library, Adidas, Denver Botanic Gardens, The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, Occidental College, Hermès, The Center for Civil and Human Rights, The National Library of Medicine among others.

Managed web design and development projects for multiple clients from concept through launch. Responsibilities and strengths include strategic consulting, information architecture design, project timeline and budget management, and overall account management. Clients include the Creative Alliance, Theodore Roosevelt Center and ABET.

Conceived, designed and produced powerful interactive installations, web sites and video productions to broaden the understanding of the Holocaust, modern-day genocide and aftermath, both immediate and long-term. Strived to push the boundaries of immersive, participatory physical installations and social interaction. Managed multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to the Museum, through concept, strategy, design and production.

Responsible for creating and implementing corporate training programs throughout the Americas.
