• Project manage the development and implementation of new therapeutic area product launch training programs.
• Coordinate the successful implementation of various training programs, as well as other operations/activities for special projects, launch activities, etc.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics for assigned training programs including scheduling, producing and sharing training materials, tracking participation for timely and effective training implementation.
• Lead and work within smaller sprint teams to solve immediate process improvement needs.
• Schedule program facilitators and assist with preparatory meetings.
• Set up and manage the training environment for the assigned training program task (live or virtual) including setting up and breaking down the room set-up, ensuring availability and operability of the right.

• Provide senior level administrative support to the Senior Director of the Department of Pathology, 3 Senior Scientists, and 6 Scientists
• Maintain multiple complex calendars
• Arrange domestic and international business travel
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Recruiting to schedule candidate interviews and on-board new employees
• Coordinate meeting arrangements, which includes scheduling, collecting and distributing agenda items, meeting minutes and action items
• Coordinate group on- and off-site events (arranging contracts with venues, making site visits to arrange meeting logistics, catering, guest speakers, etc.)

• Provided administrative support to the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Services, the Director of Global Client Services Support, and the Global Client Services Support department. Included: preparing reports.
• Updated and maintained the departmental organizational chart, floor plan, and staff lists
• Assisted with client reporting and ad hoc projects as needed
