Handled student loans, child support, creditor garnishment and bankruptcy requests in all 50 states. Worked with workday and ADP systems. Managed monthly deposits of garnishment checks, daily garnishment reconciliation for new orders, and bi-weekly garnishment. Directly was responsible for sending termination letters to courts, agencies, and lawyers monthly from the company. Was also in charge of sending letters to employees in California with remaining PTO/Sick time. Independently executed small and large in-house bi-weekly projects. Created flow charts to show the process for garnishment handling. Assisted with ACH files, worked on NOC reports, and worked with employees when needed.
