Current "System Admin" of UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Workforce Central) with additional support for UKG Pro and the data integrations between the two. We implemented UKG WFM in November 2022 and I provide top tier support for Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling and Dataviews. I was a team member of the Kronos implementation team with a May 2016 go live. Created and monitored interface data between UltiPro and Kronos (employee and payroll import/export). Modules supported included: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, InTouch timeclock firmware, and building scheduled reports and Genies to improve application usefulness and give managers insights to their labor data. Utilized our HCM (Human Capital Management) tool, UltiPro (now called UKG), for Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, extracting SQL for analysis or interface setups, as well as collaborating and providing technical support to Human Resources as needed.
