Retailers include JC Penney, Dillard, Kohl's, etc.\-Worked directly with major retailers to establish communication and maintain translation updates based on retailer specifications. Familiar with BizConnect AS2.-Created and maintained a system to generate and assign UPC codes for items. Set up and managed UPC catalogs on Inovis, GXS and Intertrade.-Established Global Data Synchronization with Walmart (1Sync) and Sears (Inovis).iSeries-Developed and maintained in-house applications for day to day business practices in accordance with SOX standards. Applications include Accounts Receivable, Order Processing, GL, AP and system utilities.-Automated all second shift operations for unattended processing with Robot/Schedule, Robot/Console and Robot/Alert software.-Worked directly with users to train or assist with issues.-On call nightly and weekends as part of a rotation.-Analyze requests made by iSeries users and determine the best course of action to implement changes to meet their specifications. Other-Experience using MS Excel to pull data from the iSeries and have modified programs in VBA in Excel.-Helped users troubleshooting general PC problems.-Managed multiple projects at once, determining the priority level as needed.-Work well in groups as well as alone.
