Researches, analyzes, and helps implement data solutions to support clients including The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Amnesty International, and FEMA.Manages data sets to find opportunities to improve client’s business strategy quality and ensure the quality and accuracy of our solutions and insights. Performs data cleanup as needed.Builds and writes detailed reports tracking and analyzing media trends, outlets, tone of coverage, related stories, global reach, and projected outcomes. Creates content for internal and external reports and e-mail newsletters highlighting key events, topics, voices, impact, and current projects relevant to client on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and contributes to ad-hoc projects based on client needs.Collaborates with colleagues and leadership as needed through group and individual meetings as well as e-mail and Slack to maintain consistent communication, feedback, and to ask for and offer help as needed, and to receive or offer training when necessary.
