Currently designing SCI, the business intelligence software for Manhattan Associates supply chain products. Prior to working on this product, I was a Business Analyst for SCALE, a warehouse transportation product for small to mid-sized organizations.Responsibilities Include:* Working with consultants and source product leads to identify client needs and new solutions in our source products.* Identifying trends in the industry that can be addressed in our product.* Identifying how to functionally define dimensions, measures, cubes and database tables in the SCI product. * Choosing what source columns to extract, and the conditions for extraction.* Defining and designing Analysis Views, reports, and other visual BI products designed for the end user.* Providing functional documentation for our end users. * Providing use cases, business rules and other functional artifacts for the team. * Helping define processes for the team. * Testing our solutions. * Helping define and implement process management programs, such as ISO and CMMI.
