My goal is to help individuals achieve well-being in part by finding their most authentic and meaningful career. I'm particularly interested in collaborative and innovative partnerships between K12, universities, and employers leading to student, school, and workplace flourishing. While these interests have taken shape in a variety of forms over the years, they generally relate to one of the several themes of my career: outreach, recruitment, and engagement of graduate students across higher education, law, and public health. I’m driven by finding connections where they are not obvious and building powerful relationships; by developing a vision and achieving it; by helping others maximize their strengths and interests to ensure team success.
