Senior Project/Portfolio Manager for the Health System directing project work related to all facility systems including its primary Electronic Health Record (EHR) Meditech Expanse. Responsible for overseeing, upgrading, planning, directing, scheduling, advising, and directing all project work related to the EHR system including any program integrations. Collaborate with internal and external teams to help with project management duties as needed Assist other project managers with knowledge support and insight to healthcare’s EHR module integrations. • Previously served as hospital’s IS project manager on the 18-month, $18.8M reimplementation of the Health Systems Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Meditech 6.16), reporting directly to VP Operations/CIO. Planned, directed, managed, and scheduled all project work, led, mentored, and monitored teams. team meetings and integrated trainings. This successful project was on time, under budget bringing>170 physicians up on Acute/ED with full MPI and B/AR conversion.

I managed the Clinical System and Application teams, reporting directly to the Director of Information Services. I implemented new Billing and Accounts Receivable module of the hospital’s EHR software, including electronic claims and remittance.Key Accomplishments:★ I collaborated with the development of Abstracting/Coding module which resulted in having an integrated system instead of separate software solutions.★ I coordinated and implemented the Ohio Hospital Association quarterly reporting.★ I designed customized billing reports and data downloads for outside vendors. ★ I organized and supervised all scheduled operational reports for the health system.★ I transitioned the Health System physician group to integrate the ordering of patient procedures and returning patient results back into their proprietary EMRs via HL7 standard messages.
