Netsuite AdministratorQuest Ce May 2015 - Aug 2018As of August 2018, my focus has shifted from the functionality side of NetSuite to financial reporting and collection of better data.Since May 2015, I have been administering NetSuite. I have assisted in data cleanup and organization, creating saved searches and reports, creating marketing groups, updating and creating forms and fields, and workflows. I have automated our invoice request process through a workflow. Also, surveys to former prospects and clients can now be sent automatically by checking a box. -
Senior AccountantQuest Ce Aug 2016 - May 2018In 2017, due to maternity leave, I led the Accounting Team, to ensure all tasks and projects were completed timely and accurately. This was completed with little assistance. I balanced A/R, A/P, and Netsuite administration. Process improvement with the Netsuite platform has been a priority. I have been able to automate the process of requesting a client invoice. Based on this, the goal is to automate more processes in effort to save time. -
AccountantQuest Ce Jun 2015 - Aug 2016Greater Milwaukee AreaAs full time Accountant for Quest CE, I continue to fulfill my accounting duties from my dual role, as well as taking on additional tasks. On a daily basis, I reconcile two bank accounts and track all payments received via bank transfers. I also enter bills into Netsuite to ensure the bank reconciles are correct. On top of my accounting duties, I also update and maintain our CRM, Netsuite. I continue to go through Netsuite and continue to clean up our data. By cleaning up the data in Netsuite, I work to ensure we have up-to-date information on businesses that are leads, prospects, and customers. This helps to make sure other teams can complete their job accurately and effectively. I have worked to create subscriptions, groups, and recurring searches and reports. -
Accounting SpecialistQuest Ce Feb 2015 - Jun 2015Greater Milwaukee AreaIn the accounting position, I took on the daily invoicing of clients and processing of payments received. On top of invoicing clients and processing payments, I also send out reminders about open and past due invoices twice a week. This has helped to decrease the days outstanding on our invoices. Not only this, but it also decreases out receivables outstanding.Every morning I pull our retail reports and track sales in our CRM, Netsuite. With any new or renewing clients, I will ensure their information is correct and current in Netsuite. I keep an eye on the team email inbox to ensure all invoice requests are taken care of. Not only this, but to ensure any other requests are processed and the best customer service is given. In this position, I also learned and began to assist with monthly billing. This occurs on the first business day of the month. In this capacity, I compile all of our compliance billing into one spreadsheet and pivot table. This includes any new course or instructor filings and renewals. During this point, I also pull all of our shipping records and compile that, then enter the bill-back amounts into client billing spreadsheets. Ensuring all clients are billed and receive their invoice the way they request, for their processing needs, is also an important part. -
Client Services SpecialistQuest Ce Mar 2013 - Jun 2015Greater Milwaukee AreaIn this position, I created materials for Quest CE's TPA clients. These materials were uploaded into our system for the client and sent out. The materials were used to track attendee's credits at live continuing education seminars. I also worked with instructors and students through phone calls and live chat. I would always offer the best possible customer service to reach the best resolution for any issue the customer may have had. When necessary, I would assist with reporting attendees for CE credit and enter their information into our system. Once completed, the instructor and attendees would be notified their credits were reported and their certificate of completion was available. Lastly, I worked with instructors and clients to file Continuing Legal Education seminars. These needed to be filed on a seminar by seminar basis. Also, each state has different requirements. Based on this, I needed to research the filing procedure before each seminar was filed. Once the seminar was completed, I would report the credits and send out certificates for the attendee's record. -

Sales Associate, Retail Store ManagerDiamond Nexus Jun 2010 - Jan 2013Wauwatosa, WiMy main responsibilities included an emphasis on customer service and sales. I was constantly pushing to reach and exceed my personal and the store's monthly goals. Working to reach both would help the store to reach its annual sales goal. By providing excellent customer service, I would work to answer all questions and convert these prospects into customers.Within my first six month of employment, I earned a position in the Manager in Training program. This allowed me to learn the ins and outs of managing the retail store. I also worked hard to achieve everything that was set out for me. Within one year of employment, I was promoted to store manager. The first Black Friday (2011), as store manager, I led my team to achieve a sales day that was about five times larger than the previous Black Friday. To ensure the store and individual employees were achieving sales goals, I created several reporting spreadsheets. This allowed us to determine percentage of store goal, for each employee, and see the actual amount and percentage they ended the month with. To ensure all employees, including myself, stayed up-to-date on industry trends and corporate goals, we would have a store training. This occurred before, during, and after hours. As necessary, I would review resumes that were submitted to Human Resources. I would speak with candidates over the phone and lead in-person interviews. As a new person was hired on, I would take time to train them or monitor training with other employees, to ensure they had the proper knowledge before they were able to assist customers. -
Resource Center AssistantGirl Scouts Of Wisconsin Aug 2008 - Jun 2010New Berlin, WiI assisted in the overall administration of the Resource Center. Through my time with the Scouts, I was recognized by volunteers and parents for outstanding customer service and knowledge. I was a key-player in achieving a 31% increase during the two-week, 2010 Girl Scout Birthday Sale Event in New Berlin and an overall increase of 25% council-wide.I assisted in marketing and merchandising new items, such as fashion pieces and program materials. During this time, GSUSA was introducing the new leadership programs. It was necessary to learn about the material to be able to answer troop leader's questions. At this time, as well, GSUSA introduced a new leadership program. I made it a point to learn about the programs to ensure I could answer all questions that were asked by parents and leaders. In 2009, GSWISE purchased a new point of sale system. I learned how to operate it and was able to assist others in learning the new system. With this new system, we needed to enter our inventory so we would track it properly. I was able to accurately input inventory data into the system and regularly performed spot-checks on items. This led to a successful 2009 year-end inventory. Not only did the inventory need to be entered into the new system, but purchase orders were also created and process through the system. I assisted in the order process, such as, putting orders together, and entering the purchase order into the POS system. Once the shipment was received, I would process shipment in a timely and orderly fashion, while assisting customers. To ensure financials were correct, I worked to accurately prepare reports to support finance. This meant processing checks at the end of the night, counting the cash drawer and preparing nightly accounting paperwork. -
