Problem-solving First: A learning experience that matters needs to contribute to solving a business problem. Therefore, I dedicate ample time to the analysis part of the process.2. Diverse perspectives: A good learning experience often involves the input of many stakeholders, such as client representatives, learners, and management. With a keen awareness of the various needs of different stakeholders, I include them in the design process to work out a solution with maximized impact.3. Agile, Iterative Process: Gaining feedback along every step of the process, whether from the client, learners, or other IDs, is important because it saves time and money for both the client and the ID. It also helps me respond to any changes quickly and adjust the learning experience in real time, making sure it stays relevant.
