She founded her own company and was elected to her first public office—city council member of the fastest-growing city in the state of Texas! In 2000, Tracie was appointed Frisco’s Mayor Pro-tem. The true test of her leadership came when she won her bid for re-election in 2001 and was again appointed by her peers as the Mayor Pro-tem in 2002. Her service to the city continued as a board member of the city's Community Development Corporation and as the Vice President of the city's nationally-recognized Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee.Tracie has a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University and is currently in the process of completing her Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership through Viterbo.
