I have been working in leadership and management development since 2006 and have worked with so many brilliant clients over the last 18 years. I've worked with clients in Policing, Health, Education, Manufacturing, Government and others. I'm now on a mission to change the learning landscape to bring positive change to more people, and to help them thrive.2024 sees the launch of Elevate People Academy. I'm leading a shift in the way that we work so that learning is accessible to everyone, everywhere. Me and my team are driven by our beliefs of humanity, equality and possibility. It's time for organisations to be more human, give access to learning to more people and to tap into the possibility of everyone being able to shine. I'm beyond excited, and would love you to be part of what is going to be a brilliant journey. Either by partnering with us, being a client, working with us or simply spreading the word. Let's do this!My past life: Prior to working in leadership development I worked with multinational companies in the UK, Australia and Asia, including Nielsen, TNS (Kantar), Premier Beverages (Typhoo, Cadbury) and McVities. During that time I held many senior roles, to Board level. What I love: People; People development; Making a difference to how people work and live; A challenge! Connecting with others; Positive Psychology; My family, friends and my dogs; Dreaming big :)
