Through extensive planning and coordinating with shipboard personnel, helped the ship obtain a passing score of 98%, a 63% increase in score from 4 months prior, before overhauling the program. The passing score ensured the ship's ability to deploy. • Expertly managed a $500,000 force protection budget, ensuring all equipment requirements were met.• Organized community relations projects for a crew of 200 personnel to interact with locals in Japan and Korea.
