As an Administrative Support Assistant at Eberly College of Science at Penn State, I support the Associate Dean of Diversity and Inclusion with various tasks, such as research, data analysis, event planning, and communication. I have earned multiple certifications in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion in action, understanding unconscious bias, and moving from bias to inclusion in a DEIB journey, which enable me to contribute to the college's mission and vision.I am also a student at Penn State University, World Campus, pursuing my Master's degree in Higher Education. I am passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within higher education institutions and providing educational opportunities to historically underserved populations. I hope to continue my education and pursue an Administrator role in the future.I graduated from American Public University,earning my Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics. I have developed strong skills in data collection, manipulation, visualization, and interpretation, as well as proficiency in communication and public speaking. I am passionate about applying my data skills to solve real-world problems and create positive impacts. I seek to leverage my education and experience to pursue a career in data-driven decision making and organizational development.
