As a former Army finance officer, Ms. Kokkeler specialized in disbursing operations and budget formulation, and she served on staff at the United States Army Financial Management School at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. Ms. Kokkeler has over 21 years of financial management experience and has supported the Army, Navy, and Intelligence Community as a Department of Defense certified Financial Manager. In addition, Ms. Kokkeler has experience as a financial management instructional systems designer working with health insurance providers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, and Utah.Ms. Kokkeler has a passion for developing next generation leaders and has founded two Lean In circles in the South Puget Sound region (BAH PSNS and Gig Harbor Leaning In).Ms. Kokkeler has a B.A. in Political Science from Central Washington University, and a Master in Business Administration.
