As a Divisional Human Resources Manager I serviced Offices in 11 states. Duties include responsibility for development and implementation of human resource policies and programs that support the organization’s overall strategic direction and core values. Managed details from selection of associate uniforms to associate benefits. I was responsible for creating a culture of internal and external customer service excellence.
