I am a native of rural Wisconsin. I grew up in a close knit, hardworking, creative, outdoor loving family. I have built my career on making an impact on the bottom line through; Directing Human Resources Operating Plans, Employee Relations, Creating Culture, Building Organizations to become an “Employer of Choice” and Restructuring/Change Management.When I am not at work as the Corporate Director of Human Resources with Kalahari Resorts; I can be found, creating, reading, enjoying family and friends, being awestruck by the beauty of nature and hanging with the Bassett Hounds.
