Designed a strategy and implemented the plan on closing the relational gap by hosting Garage Gatherings in 7 neighborhoods surrounding Rosemount campus so that this restart of a campus would get to know each other (and other neighbors) right where they live. 29 households connected and blessed their neighbors in 3 months.Created a strategy and implemented a plan on how to connect visitors to discipleship. In the first year, 52% of those in discipleship groups were new to Rosemount campus.Designed the short term groups plan and wrote the sermon based material in 9 days in Google Drive (Doc’s, Sheets, Slides, Kep), and executed the plan in three months that saw a 45% growth in groups.
