Designed a strategy and implemented the plan on closing the relational gap by hosting Garage Gatherings in 7 neighborhoods surrounding Rosemount campus so that this restart of a campus would get to know each other (and other neighbors) right where they live. 29 households connected and blessed their neighbors in 3 months.Created a strategy and implemented a plan on how to connect visitors to discipleship. In the first year, 52% of those in discipleship groups were new to Rosemount campus.Designed the short term groups plan and wrote the sermon based material in 9 days in Google Drive (Doc’s, Sheets, Slides, Kep), and executed the plan in three months that saw a 45% growth in groups. Identified gaps to launching discipleship groups due to an adoption (existing church adopted by another church) and a pandemic, then built a plan that would address those gaps to still achieve the goal (double our groups in 2021-2022). In 12 months, launched an additional 14 groups on top of our 5 existing groups.Built a strategy and implemented the plan on training 15 new leaders on Rosemount campus in 12 months; a growth of 65%.Wrote the onboarding leader training for new leaders on all four campuses.Wrote a curriculum for groups at all four campuses to bless their neighbors.
