• Set up chart of accounts in Quickbooks Online (QBO); analyzed ~16 months of financial activity and entered detail into QBO in order to present management with accurate financial statements• Account for ongoing expense activity within QBO and ensure the bank account is balanced• Provide budgeting/forecasting analysis to the Co-founders to ensure adequate cash flow

• Managed the ~$50M 2021 Capital budgeting process over a 3-month period and submitted all required documentation in a timely manner• Collaborated with product owners, technology leads, and finance personnel to create the 3-year Capital business cases for ~30 products detailing revenue growth, as well as expense and capital requirements needed to attain the projected revenue growth• Key contributor to a strategic Customer Success initiative focused on creating efficiencies and/or cutting costs; the initiatives identified resulted in a projected savings of ~$2M (eg, implementing chat bot functionality, off-shoring customer service roles, etc.)

• Key member of the Change Management arm of a global transformation project tasked with redesigning and implementing new sales and service go-to-market (GTM) systems with a focus on improving the customer experience; overarching goal was to get all staff to a single technology stack and discontinue many disparate systems that were in place, resulting in cost savings and efficiency gains.• Managed 10+ real estate projects including both office closures and consolidations, the largest of which involved consolidating 1200+ staff across 4 offices into a single location• Led efforts on behalf of business leadership by working extensively with Facilities and Real Estate teams on space planning for both the Dallas and Ann Arbor locations, each occupied by ~1300 staff; anticipated growth needs while monitoring occupancy rates, addressed needs resulting from organizational changes, recommended guidelines related to office eligibility, and implemented the concept of hot-desks/hotelling/desk sharing.
