Sr. Human Resources Technology Consultant
Current• Primary administrator of the MFS corporate Learning Management System, Cornerstone on Demand. Monitor and improve governance practices and resolve issues.• Primary vendor relationship manager for learning technologies including Cornerstone on Demand and LinkedIn Learning.• Develop strategies for evolving user experience through improved user interface, adoption of new functionalities of existing platforms.• Research learning and employee experience technologies. Work with information technology to research, test and implement solutions. • Partner across the organization to locate or develop learning content and to make it accessible and trackable.• Provide support and consultation to decentralized training teams in managing LMS functions and development of training solutions.• Collaborate with the learning and development team to adopt new technology to assist in developing interventions to help solve team challenges and increase access to employee development resources.• Work across Human Resources division to introduce process improvements and model cross-functional collaboration.• Manage rollout projects for annual HR compliance training.• Evangelize the adoption of technology assets with a focus on maximizing the value of assets within our technology stack including features within Cornerstone On Demand and the Microsoft Suite.
