Keenly responsible for oversight of all client customer service, operational processes and workflow, new client onboarding, provider documentation improvement, support of operational processes and customer relationship management.• CRCR Certified by HFMA• Recipient of 2022 CEO Performance Excellence Award• Responsible for oversight of operational processes and workflows to support client relationship while identifying key workflow improvements to improve bottom line• Provide overall direction and guidance to client leadership teams to ensure transparency regarding processes and progress• Work collaboratively with Coding Operations to identify and resolve coding processes• Assist in the development and management of strategy, specific goals, objectives, budgets and performance standards for coding operations• Manage day to day operations of new client revenue cycle operations• Lead new development relative to new client onboarding with enterprise-wide cross functional teams• Analyze current workflows identifying areas for improvement and/or implementation of industry best practices• Perform new client assessment relative to mid-revenue cycle operations, provider coding and coding audits and education• Demonstrate ability to work independently to ensure revenue cycle operations are efficiently and effectively managed• Report on key performance initiatives to client leadership• Initiate necessary organizational changes while operating within current client culture• Analyze the financial opportunity and required staffing to meet new business opportunity during proposal processes
